Sev.en Energy Wins the Tender for the Acquisition of CHP Plants in Kladno and Zlín

Prague, 17 May 2019 - The Sev.en Energy Group entered into an agreement on the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in Alpiq Generation (CZ) s.r.o., which operates CHP plants in Kladno and Zlín. The sales agreement was signed on 16 May 2019.The seller is Alpiq AG, a major Swiss electricity producer and energy service provider.
